Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of the services provided by Qetler (“Services”). It is designed to protect Qetler, its users, and the general public from illegal, malicious, damaging and inappropriate behavior. All users of the Services ("Users") are expected to abide by this AUP. Violation of these terms can lead to legal liability, and civil or criminal penalties.

Users must use the Services in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws. This includes laws related to data privacy, international communications, and the transmission of technical or personal data.

1.2 Ethical Conduct

Users must conduct themselves ethically and responsibly, respecting the rights and dignity of others. Actions that are deemed to be harmful or abusive will not be tolerated.

Users are prohibited from violating, or attempting to violate, the security of the Services. This includes any action to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network.

2. Content Standards

2.1 Prohibited Content

Content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, libelous, slanderous, defamatory, or discriminatory is expressly prohibited. Users must not upload, post, distribute, or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful material or information.

2.2 Intellectual Property Rights

Users must respect intellectual property rights and refrain from infringing on the intellectual property rights of others. Users must not use the Services to transmit any material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

2.3 Decency

Content that is offensive, or promotes hate speech is strictly prohibited. Qetler is committed to maintaining a respectful and decent environment for all its users.

3. Prohibited Activities

3.1 Impersonation

Users must not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent their affiliation with a person or entity.

3.2 Spamming

Sending unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation through the Services is prohibited.

3.3 Distribution of Malware

Users must not distribute or facilitate the distribution of harmful code, including viruses, worms, or Trojan horses.

3.4 System Interference

Users are prohibited from interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services, including any servers or networks used to provide the Services.

4. Data and Privacy

4.1 Personal Information Handling

Users must handle personal information in a manner that is respectful of others' privacy rights and in accordance with Qetler’s Privacy Policy.

4.2 Confidentiality

Users must maintain the confidentiality of information provided by others and not disclosed publicly, including personal data and proprietary information.

5. Enforcement and Reporting

5.1 Monitoring

Qetler reserves the right to monitor the use of its Services to ensure compliance with this AUP.

5.2 Reporting

Users are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this AUP to Qetler for investigation.

5.3 Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in the suspension or termination of the offending User’s account, legal action, or both.

6. Modifications to the AUP

6.1 Updates

Qetler reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised AUP.

6.2 Review Responsibility

Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this AUP to ensure understanding and compliance.

7. Governing Law

This AUP shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
